Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This only applies to items that are damaged, faulty or the wrong item has been sent, this does not apply if you simply change your mind.
If items get damaged in the post then a complaint will be filed with the courier company. You will need to provide photos of the packaging and state that the parcel arrived in.
Return shipping will be at buyers expense and must be sent with tracking. I will pay the return shipping costs if the product is wrong or found to be defective. I will send a replacement or refund you the purchase price and shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. However if an order has been processed, any non-refundable costs incurred - including payment processing fees and courier charges - will be deducted from any refund.
Change of mind cancellations are not guaranteed a full refund.
Please note payment provider fees are non refundable and are charged to us even if an order is cancelled.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
