Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $89.00 (in store stock items)

For orders under $89.00 we have a flat rate of $8.00 for urban and $13.00 for rural.

Some items may be subject to an oversized fee. 

SUPPLIER DISPATCH ITEMS

Some products are ordered on demand from our website.

Some products are ordered from our supplier warehouse as needed and have an estimated dispatch time of 7-10 days.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and warehouse items, your order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Local pickup is only available for items physically stocked in store.

All orders are tracked.  Please write any delivery instructions in the comments at the check out.

In Store items can be picked up from our shop located at 634 Pollen Street, Thames.

Once your item has left my hands I will email you, your tracking number. From here it can take up to 5 business days to receive your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days if you are rural. If you have not received your item within 7 business days, from receiving your tracking details please contact me at animaladdiction.nz@gmail.com.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for stolen packages so please ensure you provide a safe delivery address.

Please inspect your parcel on arrival, do not accept it if it has been damaged in the postal system.  If this is not an option and your parcel gets damaged in the post, please take photos of the condition of the parcel and retain all packaging before you open it and email it to me at animaladdiction.nz@gmail.com within 48 hours. In this instance we will seek compensation from the postal/courier company.

All our prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.
